Valentina Pupic

Hi, I'm Valentina Pupic.

I'm an incoming Nutrition student at the University of Guelph, and I love helping people feel connected and cared for. I'm looking to volunteer with seniors and build meaningful intergenerational connection through conversation, companionship, and simple everyday help.

Each visit is unhurried and built around the resident: a real conversation, a shared activity if you'd like one, and a patient hand with whatever would brighten your week — from a game of cards to reaching family on a screen.

Why it matters

Loneliness is one of the quieter challenges of aging. A reliable, friendly hour each week — a good conversation, a shared game, a note to family, or a video call with loved ones — can make a real difference to how connected someone feels. That's the whole idea: meaningful intergenerational connection, tailored to each resident.
